General Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Customer Service and interaction. Must be a good communicator and have the ability to interact with customers and co-workers.
• Taking orders and receiving payment. Must be able to handle cash, correct addition and subtraction skills and the ability to make correct change.
• Stocking of candy, snack, beverages and any other needed concession stand supplies. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Cleaning of floors, counters, coolers and shelves. Must be able to be hands on cleaning worker.
• Removal and disposal of trash to collection dumpsters.
• Must be responsible for working scheduled shifts and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors, managers coordinator or CTAA Executive Board personnel.

• Oral and written evaluations required for candidates to assess communication and math skills
• Training Provided
• Previous Volunteer experience preferred
• Must have parent or legal guardian permission as a paid volunteer worker

• Must be at least 15 years of age as of April 1, 2023.
• Must be at available to start on April 1, 2023.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years as a concession stand worker.
• Parental consent sign-off as a paid volunteer for non-profit organization
• Must be a resident of Cranberry Township Pennsylvania

General Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Customer Service and interaction. Must be a good communicator and have the ability to interact with customers and direct concession stand workers.
• Must be a leader and have the ability to achieve results though basic management skills. Responsible for concession stand workers.
• Cash handling and reconciliation. Payment and recording of daily labor, preparing deposits. Written tracking. Responsible for Association owned equipment and supplies.
• Ability to secure funds, set alarms, unlock and lock secure facility.
• Communication of supply order needs to Concession Stand Manager or Coordinator.
• Food preparation and safe handling of all food orders and supplies.

• Ensure cleaning of floors, counters, coolers and shelves.

• Must be responsible for working scheduled shifts and ability to work with minimal supervision and independently.
• Central daily point of contact for park guest needs or emergencies.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by Manager, Coordinator or CTAA Executive Board personnel.
